We are now seeking a study coach for our well-coordinated team. This is a permanent position starting January 11, 2027 or by agreement. Warm welcome to apply! 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES We want to give our students the best possible study experience. We are now seeking a fourth study coach who will help create the right conditions for our students. Your work duties include, among other things: • Support, motivate, and guide students in their studies. • Meet with students individually to create structure, strengthen study techniques, and provide conditions for achieving study goals. • Lead group activities, although the majority of work consists of individual support. • Create and maintain good relationships with students and collaborate with the school's support functions in preventive work. • Work closely with other study coaches and other professionals within the organization, for example language coaches. • Participate in the study coaches' weekly group "Share Your Thoughts with Coffee and Coach," where students are given the opportunity to share feedback and suggestions for developing the organization. • Staff the school's information desk and provide support to students in IT, study questions, and guide them to the right programs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Complete secondary education; diploma must be attached to your application. • Experience as a student or study coach from lower secondary or upper secondary school. • Good IT skills to support daily work. • Digital competence. Ability to guide yourself and others in IT / logins / on learning platforms, etc. • The ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have: • Experience working with the adult education target group or from upper secondary school. • Education in pedagogy or behavioral science. • Experience coaching students in study techniques and helping them develop strategies for independent and successful learning. • Experience with neuropsychiatric disabilities, NPF.
