The Career Counselor will be responsible for managing the comprehensive guidance process for individuals and conducting assessment interviews and individual career counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant.

You have a degree as a Career Counselor. If you have experience in career counseling, coaching, transition work, or similar, that is a plus but not a requirement. However, great importance will be placed on personal suitability, previous experience, and good references.
