We are now seeking a Career Counselor to provide "Career Guidance" services on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service. As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for managing the comprehensive guidance process for individuals, conducting assessment interviews and personalized counseling sessions. The goal is to create a well-developed career plan for each unique program participant. Personal Qualities Goal-oriented Organized Communicative Driven Background You hold a degree in Career Counseling. Experience in career guidance, coaching, career transition work, or similar is a plus but not required.
