As a study and career counselor at Solna gymnasium, you play an important role in students' journey toward their future. You are responsible for three national programs and meet with students both individually and in groups to provide guidance on studies, career choices, and future opportunities. By building trusting relationships and working in a coaching manner, you help students discover their strengths, broaden their perspectives, and make conscious decisions about their future. Your work contributes to creating motivation, confidence in the future, and conditions for each student to reach their full potential. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a study and career counselor, preferably at an upper secondary school. You must have a degree from the Study and Career Counselor Program (180 credits). You have good experience with digital documentation and working in various management systems. Your leadership is grounded in the belief that all students can and want to develop. You take a pedagogical approach and rely on proven experience. As a person, you are attentive to students' needs, clear, respectful, and have great ability to collaborate with both students and colleagues. You must have the ability to build good relationships with young people, colleagues, and the sports community. You have a structured work method and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently.
