The Position Do you want to be part of creating something new? Clustera already works successfully with Career Guidance in several places across the country. Now we are establishing operations in Norrköping and are looking for you to join us from the start. Here you get the chance to combine operational work with the opportunity to influence and develop a business in its startup phase. You will work with guidance within our Career Guidance program, which is an assignment from the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). The aim is to provide our participants, who are job seekers, with support and assistance in making well-considered choices to find sustainable paths to education and employment. As a career and educational counselor, you will be part of a team working with career guidance. Your task is to support and guide participants, based on their circumstances, toward realistic educational and professional choices. During career guidance, they become aware of their competencies and abilities and what they need to develop to achieve their goals. You will work with participants both individually and in groups, where you will lead various group activities. The role involves informing participants about different educational pathways and professional fields and supporting them on the path to suitable and sustainable education and jobs. Together with the participant, you build a realistic career plan that describes the steps needed to reach the final goal: employment. Your responsibilities include: Responsibility for the cohesive guidance process. Conduct mapping interviews, individual counseling sessions, group guidance, workshops, lectures, and learning initiatives. Identify the participant's needs, experiences, competencies, and interests. Together with participants, create clear and realistic career plans. Plan, document, and coordinate. Collaborate with other career and educational counselors and supervisors. Create and maintain good contact with companies and educational providers. We are looking for someone who is driven, self-directed, goal-oriented, organized, and quality-conscious. It is important that you are curious, empathetic, creative, relationship-focused, and can adapt to different people and situations. Additionally, you are comfortable gathering information, have good knowledge of current educational fields, and have experience using digital tools. There is a clear regulatory framework to follow, as the position is an assignment from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Therefore, it is important that we work according to the same structure and procedures, and that we do so together as a unified team. The position is part-time/full-time and on-site at our office in Norrköping. Required Qualifications You are a qualified career and educational counselor and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Study certificate must be provided. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are meriting.
