About the Role GRANTER has begun a collaboration with the City of Helsingborg, and we are looking for a career and educational counselor on a part-time basis for a temporary position to contribute to the project's implementation. In this role, you will: Work with participants who are relatively close to the job market Map prerequisites, competencies, and goals Guide participants to relevant education and the right application paths Coach, motivate, and strengthen individuals in their process Collaborate with colleagues, educational providers, and external partners The goal is for each participant to have a clear, sustainable, and realistic path forward.
