What does it mean to be part of Clustera's team?
Clustera is an established company with a relaxed atmosphere where creativity and innovative thinking are welcomed. We are part of a global group with extensive experience in international placement services. With a stable value foundation, we guide in all circumstances.

The Role
Do you want to help create something new? Clustera is already working successfully with Career Guidance in several locations across the country. Now we are establishing operations in Lund and are looking for you to be part of it from the start. Here you will have the opportunity to combine operational work with the ability to influence and develop a business in its startup phase.
You will work with guidance within our Career Guidance program, which is a commission from the Swedish Public Employment Service. The aim is to provide our participants, who are job seekers, with support and assistance in making well-considered choices to find sustainable paths to education and work.
As a career counselor, you will be part of a team working with career guidance. Your task is to support and guide participants, based on their circumstances, toward realistic educational and career choices. During career guidance, they become aware of their competencies and abilities and what they need to develop to achieve their goals. You will work with participants both individually and in groups, where you lead various group activities.
The role includes informing participants about different educational paths and professional fields and supporting them on the path to appropriate and sustainable education and employment. Together with the participant, you build a realistic career plan that describes the steps needed to reach the final goal—employment.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing the overall guidance process.
Conducting mapping interviews, individual guidance sessions, group guidance, workshops, lectures, and learning initiatives.
Identifying the participant's needs, experiences, competencies, and interests.
Creating clear and realistic career plans together with participants.
Planning, documenting, and coordinating.
Collaborating with other career counselors and mentors.
Building and maintaining good contacts with companies and educational providers.
We are looking for someone who is driven, independent, goal-oriented, organized, and quality-conscious. It is important that you are curious, empathetic, creative, relationship-oriented, and able to adapt to different people and situations. Additionally, you are accustomed to gathering information, have good knowledge of current educational fields, and have experience using digital tools.
There is a clear set of rules to follow, as the role is a commission from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Therefore, it is important that we work according to the same structure and procedures, and that we do it together as a united team.
The position is part-time, 50-75%, on-site at our office in Lund.
You must meet the following requirements: You are a qualified career counselor and are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing.
Study certificate must be provided.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages besides Swedish and English are an asset.
What we can offer you
Clustera's employees are our most important asset, and therefore we want to offer a role that both inspires and gives you significant room for action. We are driven by seeing people develop, and we give you the opportunity to use your competence and creativity in your work. Together with your coaching manager, you will receive support in shaping your career, continuing to grow, and reaching your goals.
Deadline for applications: August 30. Please apply as soon as possible, as interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and employment may occur before the final deadline.
Employment: 50-75%, on-site at our office in Lund.
Start date: October 1, 2026.
