Responsibilities
Together with our current career and educational counselors, you will be responsible for: guidance meetings within adult education (from SFI to upper secondary vocational education) in Gislaved Municipality as well as provide educational information and study financial advice. The assignment may vary over time within Campus, so the person we are seeking should be flexible and curious about all our programs. As the assignment currently stands, you will among other things be responsible for establishing and following up individual study plans, primarily within SFI and our combined programs. We collaborate with other municipal activities as well as with AF (the Swedish Public Employment Service), the business community, and the guidance network in Region Jönköping. It is also part of the position to participate in development work within our own operations at Campus Gislaved as well as the Work and Education department.
Qualifications
You who are applying should have a career and educational counselor degree or something that the employer deems equivalent. We would like to see that you have experience with adult education and its conditions. You are flexible and embrace change, have good collaboration skills, are structured and stable as a person with the ability to take a holistic perspective. We would like to see that you have experience with adult education and its conditions, that you have an open approach and can see various exciting future possibilities together with our students. Great importance is placed on your ability to create "a good meeting" with the student and that your basic attitude is always "it is important to me that things go well for you" in all interactions.
