Are you studying HR, business administration, or a similar field and want to gain valuable practical experience in personnel administration and staffing? We're now looking for a driven and detail-oriented personnel administrator to join our team in Örebro.
In this role, you'll work closely with our consultant managers and be an important part of the daily work with our consultants. You'll have a varied role with a focus on administration, service, and personnel-related matters.
This is a role for you if you want to learn more about how the staffing industry works and gain practical experience in personnel administration, consultant relations, workplace environment, and customer service.
Your main responsibility will be to support the consultant managers in their daily work and contribute to ensuring that administration and ongoing consultant operations run smoothly.
A large part of the work takes place at our customers' locations, which means you'll have close contact with both consultants and customers and become an important representative for StudentConsulting on-site.
In this role, you will, among other things:
Support the consultant managers in their daily work and contribute to ensuring smooth ongoing staffing.
Handle personnel administration related to our consultants, such as registering discrepancies in timesheets and preparing payroll documentation.
Manage and follow up on various consultant matters, such as check-ins and reconciliations with consultants.
Prepare and administer employment agreements and handle administrative documentation required for the consultant role.
Conduct and follow up on performance and development discussions with consultants.
Be available at our customers' locations, answer questions, and help solve any issues related to daily operations.
Contribute with other administration and support that facilitates the consultant managers' work.
This role gives you an important administrative and supporting function in ongoing consultant operations.
This is a role where you get to take responsibility, develop, and learn a lot in a short time. You work closely with experienced consultant managers and gain insight into the entire consultant journey—from hiring and onboarding to follow-ups and ongoing contact with consultant and customer.
