About the Assignment Mero is now looking for a driven and IT-interested person for a consultant position with our customers. You will be employed as a consultant through Mero and work with user-facing IT support in environments where technology is a business-critical part of daily operations. The assignment is a temporary position where you mainly cover when regular staff are not on site. Work occasions may therefore vary and sometimes arise with short notice. This makes the position particularly suitable for you who are studying and have a flexible study situation, while you want to gain relevant work experience and continue developing within IT alongside your studies. About the Role As an IT technician, you help users solve IT problems that arise in daily operations. This can range from simple user questions and password issues to troubleshooting computers, printers, and other technical equipment. You may encounter various types of IT environments and hardware. In addition to standard office equipment, this may include scanners and other business-specific IT equipment. The role is therefore varied and suits you if you enjoy practical troubleshooting, meeting users, and finding solutions to different types of technical problems. In this role, you will work with: IT support for users Troubleshooting hardware and software Support with password and user-related issues Troubleshooting computers, printers, and peripheral equipment Support for other business-specific IT equipment Managing and resolving ongoing technical issues About You We are primarily seeking someone who is a student and already has some practical experience with IT support. Perhaps you have previously worked in a service desk, help desk, or similar support function and now want to continue developing your technical skills alongside your studies. To thrive in this role, we believe you are service-oriented and solution-focused and enjoy helping others with technical problems. You are comfortable with independent troubleshooting and have a natural interest in understanding how various types of technology work. Since work occurs as needed, it is important that you have a flexible study situation and the ability to step in and work with relatively short notice. We therefore prefer that you have a longer period remaining in your studies and are looking for a part-time job that you can combine with them over time.
