About the Assignment Mero is now recruiting a driven and IT-interested person for a consulting position with one of our clients. You'll be employed as a consultant through Mero and work with user-facing IT support in an environment where technology is an important part of daily operations. The assignment involves working on-site in Solna every Tuesday. This makes the position particularly suitable for you if you're studying and can set aside a fixed day each week for work, while wanting to gain relevant work experience and continue developing your IT skills alongside your studies. About the Role As an IT technician, you help users solve IT problems that arise in daily operations. This can range from simple user questions and password issues to troubleshooting computers, printers, and other technical equipment. You'll work on-site in an office environment and have a user-facing role where service and technical problem-solving go hand in hand. The role suits you if you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, meeting users, and finding solutions to various types of technical problems. In the role, you'll work with: IT support for on-site users Troubleshooting hardware and software Support for password and user-related issues Troubleshooting computers, printers, and peripheral equipment Management and resolution of ongoing technical issues About You We're primarily looking for someone who is a student and already has some practical IT support experience. Perhaps you've previously worked in a service desk, help desk, or similar support function and now want to continue developing your technical skills alongside your studies. To thrive in the role, we believe you're service-oriented and solution-focused and enjoy helping others with technical problems. You're comfortable troubleshooting independently and have a natural interest in understanding how various types of technology work. Since the work takes place every Tuesday, it's important that your study situation allows you to work a fixed full day per week. We therefore prefer that you have a longer period remaining in your studies and are seeking a part-time job that you can combine with them over time.
