Are you studying IT, data science, or a related technical field and want to gain practical experience alongside your studies? We're looking for a communicative and organized student who wants to join a Generative AI team at an innovative tech company in Lund.
About the role:
You'll become part of a Generative AI team within Information Systems. The team works in a data-driven environment and collaborates with multiple parts of the organization, including BI, digital marketing, performance, and user services.
The group consists of approximately 15 people with diverse expertise, including AI Engineers, data engineers, and developers. As a student associate, you'll primarily handle incoming support tickets and help drive them forward. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced colleagues and develop your knowledge in data, AI, and technical support.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming support tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document and follow up on cases
- Independently drive tickets forward
- Communicate with users and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team's engineers on data-related questions
What we're looking for:
- You are studying a university or engineering degree in IT, computer science, systems science, or a related technical field
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently, as both languages are used in daily work
It's a plus if you:
- Can write simple scripts in Python
- Have experience with technical support or ticketing systems

About the position:
This is a consulting assignment, which means you'll initially be employed by Friday. The goal from both the client and our side is for you to become a direct employee of the client after 12 months.
