Student Support Staff in Service and Facilities Management!

Are you handy, sociable, and enjoy helping out where needed? We're now looking for a student who wants to provide extra support to our client and their facilities manager and help keep the office running smoothly day-to-day. As a student support staff member, you'll assist the facilities manager during situations like sick leave and vacation, and can also help with ongoing tasks as needed. You'll have a varied role with both practical and service-oriented duties. Examples of work tasks: Handle mail and waste Assist with simple practical tasks and errands Manage fault reports Help with office rearrangements and preparing conference rooms Assist with various office-related tasks You'll work closely with the facilities manager and receive an introduction with the opportunity to shadow at the start. The role also involves close collaboration with the conference coordinator and reception. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who is handy, unpretentious, and flexible, and who enjoys solving practical problems. You don't need to know everything, but you're someone who's willing to roll up their sleeves and help out where needed. You're also sociable, open-minded, and enjoy interacting with different people. You need to speak Swedish fluently. Previous experience in service or similar fields is a plus. Scope This position is for you if you wish to combine work with studies. The scope is flexible and based on need and is planned to start as soon as possible. Work hours are essentially 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility. This is a consultant position, which means you'll be employed by us at StudentConsulting but work with our client.
