We're now looking for a student assistant to support our marketing team with social media, content production, and digital marketing for several different brands within the group. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work broadly in marketing and communications—from social media and content production to campaigns, website content, and simple marketing materials. A central part of the role involves helping colleagues across the country with marketing requests and supporting operations with content and materials. You'll also work on planning and coordinating content based on different brands' visual profiles, tone, and target audiences. The role may involve creating your own material through photography and video, but also collecting material from operations, producing content from existing material, and creating content for our various brands and destinations. You'll work together with the marketing team, and we're looking for someone who is creative, self-directed, and curious. You stay on top of social media trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and want to develop your skills in marketing and communications. At the same time, you like to collaborate, try new things, and enjoy varied tasks where you get the opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time. Examples of work tasks - Help colleagues with marketing requests and campaign materials - Assist with campaigns and digital advertising - Create and publish content for social media and digital channels - Produce email campaigns and simple marketing materials - Update content on websites and digital platforms - Plan and coordinate content for different brands - Work with photography, video, and simple editing - Create content from your own and existing material - Adapt content based on target audience, channel, and tone - Participate in activities and events to create content WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone studying marketing, media, communication, or similar who wants to gain practical experience alongside your studies. You have a strong interest in social media and digital marketing and enjoy working creatively with content, communications, and various digital channels. You have an eye for color, shape, and content and understand the importance of tone and target audience-adapted communications. Since you'll be working with several different brands, we'd like you to understand how content needs to be adapted based on channel, target audience, and visual profile. We also believe you're self-directed, organized, and curious, and enjoy varied tasks and teamwork. For this role, we'd like you to have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word. It's a plus if you also - Have experience with social media or content production - Can photograph and film - Have experience with CMS tools like WordPress and Umbraco - Have worked in Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager WHAT WE OFFER This is a perfect part-time job if you want to gain practical experience in marketing and communications alongside your studies. You'll become part of a creative marketing team where you work with several different brands and develop your skills in marketing, graphic production, social media, content production, and digital marketing. The work is based out of our headquarters in Luleå, but travel to our hotels and destinations may occur. A B-category driver's license is therefore a plus.
