About Synge Synge is a small consulting firm in Linköping with operations in international sourcing and business development. The company was founded in France in 2013 and relocated to Linköping in 2020. More information is available at www.synge.earth. About the Role The role is a combination of business apprentice, researcher, and junior consultant. The workload is normally around 10-30 hours per month but can vary over time. A large part of the work involves supporting Synge's own development by: • Identifying potential customers and collaboration partners • Mapping markets and business opportunities • Conducting research and analysis • Preparing presentations and decision-making materials • Contributing ideas for new projects and initiatives When client assignments are available, the work may also include international sourcing, business development, market analysis, and other consulting-related tasks. Beyond consulting work, you'll have the opportunity to follow and contribute to the development of Agape Guesthouse and other social entrepreneurship initiatives. The role is particularly well-suited for someone who is curious about how companies can be used to create not only economic value but also good workplaces, strong relationships, and meaningful communities. About You You are nearing the end of your university studies or have recently graduated. Prior work experience, association involvement, volunteer work, or personal projects are merits. The role requires that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. You either have a strong connection to Linköping or an ambition to build a long-term relationship with the city and its people.
