We are now looking for 1–3 students for positions as LiU Erasmus Ambassadors at the International Office. We offer a fun and varied part-time job for you who want to inspire other students to discover the opportunities of exchange studies and internships within Erasmus+.
About the job
Your mission is to inform and inspire students about mobility opportunities within the Erasmus+ program. You do this, for example, at information meetings, trade fairs, drop-in sessions, inspiration weeks, and similar events where you share your experiences. You will also contribute to developing various types of material for the intranet, such as articles and interviews, with the aim of inspiring other students to go abroad on exchange/internship. As an Erasmus Ambassador, you will be responsible, possibly together with another student, for the podcast Go International, which you will also host.
You have the opportunity to, in consultation with the Erasmus coordinator, develop new and innovative ways to inspire students to take advantage of the opportunities within Erasmus+.
The work is usually flexible and depending on which event(s) you work with, working hours may be outside office hours. During the fall semester, an inspiration week for exchange studies/internships will be held, and you are expected to work then. The inspiration week in the fall will be week 42.
You may work at one or all of LiU's three campuses in Linköping and Norrköping.
About you
To thrive and succeed in this position, we see that you are proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward. You have good verbal communication skills and enjoy meeting others, creating connections, and conveying information in a clear and engaging way. Since the assignment can vary over time and new activities or needs may arise, it is also important that you are flexible and adapt easily to different situations.
We want you to:
be a LiU student
have spent one or more terms on an Erasmus mobility
be comfortable speaking with and in front of other students
have excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have experience giving presentations to an audience.

About the employment
The employment is an intermittent employment on an hourly basis and covers up to 100 hours during the academic year 2026/27.
Start date September 2026 through August 2027 or by agreement.

Hourly wage according to the current agreement for student assistants.
