Then we have the perfect position for you! We are now looking for students who want to work part-time as substitute teachers at Designgymnasiet in Malmö. Designgymnasiet has four schools across Sweden and is the country's leading design school at the upper secondary level. They believe that curiosity, creativity, and a strong interest in design unite students and teachers, and this school trains the designers of the future. As a substitute teacher, you will be part of a substitute pool and help cover for regular teachers during sick leave/vacations. You will be responsible for teaching the classes that regular teachers are absent from. This will primarily involve classes in core subjects but also in aesthetic subjects such as graphic design, fashion design, and interior design. The need often arises with short notice, and you will primarily be called in the evening before or the same morning. Working hours are flexible and can involve a few hours per day, full days, or shorter periods according to the schedule. This gives you a good opportunity to combine this role with your studies. We require that you be available to work at least two shifts/week. You will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work on-site at Designgymnasiet in Malmö. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 8–16 and may vary within this range. The position starts immediately or as soon as we find the right person.
