Work as a Personal Assistant – We'll Match You with the Right Client! We are recruiting for several of our young people and young adults. We're looking for you if you're planning to take a study break or want a side job alongside your studies. If you also want to work for a longer period before starting your studies, you're welcome to apply. In a personal assistant role, the personal chemistry between assistant and client is important. That's why we invest considerable effort in matching you with the right client! In most cases, you don't need any experience working as a personal assistant, but it's important that you're genuinely interested in working with people and that you're flexible, reliable, and empathetic. To thrive with this challenge, it's also essential that you're creative and can take your own initiative. Equally important is that you can step back and let the client take center stage in interactions with family and friends. With us, you'll work with young people who need support to live an active life on their own terms. Work tasks vary depending on each client but may include helping with various types of training at home or at the gym, leisure activities, studies, and work. Travel with the client may occur. Many of our young clients have extensive care needs that may include tube feeding, medication administration, transfers between assistive devices, communication support, and personal care – tasks that require great responsibility. Working hours vary based on clients' needs and may be scheduled during the day, afternoon/evening, active night shifts, or night shifts with on-call sleeping arrangements, on weekdays and weekends. Please indicate in your application which times you're interested in working and to what extent. We also want to know why you want to work as a personal assistant! If you're the right person, we can offer you a quick and secure employment on a full-time or part-time basis! In your application, you must specify your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have permanent residence in Sweden to be employed at Särnmark.
