We are looking for you who are engaged and trained student assistant with a good ability to adapt your approach and pedagogical methods based on the student's changing needs. It is important that you are unpretentious, flexible, and enjoy working in a changing environment. You are well versed in the school's governing documents and always have the student's best interests in focus. You plan and organize your work efficiently and are committed to creating and maintaining good relationships with both students, colleagues, and guardians. You contribute to ensuring that a student in need of special support receives individualized and inclusive treatment as well as targeted interventions aimed at increased goal achievement. As a student assistant with us, you work in close collaboration with the responsible primary school teacher and special educators. You work with a student who needs extra support to be able to follow along in instruction. Your main tasks therefore involve helping the student follow along in instruction and helping them find focus in their studies. Beyond that, your tasks can also include helping the student practice different everyday tasks, being a support for students during breaks and on field trips. The employment is tied to a specific student. If the student leaves us, the employment ends.
