We are seeking a student assistant at 80%. The position is primarily for the academic year 2026/27, with the possibility of extension. Your Assignment We are looking for someone with relevant education to work as a student assistant, with experience working with children at middle and high school levels, preferably in a multicultural environment. Documented knowledge of NPF diagnoses and/or education as a social pedagogue is a merit. Low-affect interactions are a natural part of how you engage with students. As a person, you are flexible and adaptable, which enables you to handle different situations and meet students at their level. You are a good listener and communicative, with the ability to build trust and create good relationships and strong cooperation with students, guardians, and colleagues. Your role as a student assistant is to provide support in daily life for students with various challenges and NPF variations. This mainly involves being available to students during lessons, transitions, breaks, and mealtimes at school.
