The purpose of the vacant position is to lead a division responsible for ensuring the State Employment Agency's cooperation with employers, including substantive improvement of the "CV and Job Vacancies Portal," sustainable cooperation with employer organizations and industry associations.
If you have:
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law;
higher education (preferably in social sciences);
practical experience in corporate client service or personnel recruitment of at least 2 years;
desired work experience in a managerial position;
understanding of state employment policy;
knowledge of regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Latvia within the scope of your position's competence;
excellent planning and team management skills;
excellent business communication and presentation skills;
ability to evaluate facts, analyze data, anticipate and prevent risks;
foreign language skills – good knowledge of English in writing and conversation;
experience working with computers and office equipment (user level);
valid e-signature tool.
Your main responsibilities will be:
plan and manage the division's work;
develop sustainable cooperation between the State Employment Agency and employers, including providing support in filling vacant positions;
represent the State Employment Agency in cooperation with employer organizations and industry associations;
promote recognition of the State Employment Agency's services to employers.

By applying for a vacant state civil service position, the candidate confirms that they meet the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
The selection competition will take place in four stages:
First stage - Evaluation of candidates' education and work experience based on submitted documents.
Second stage - a task, based on the results of which the candidate's professional knowledge and skills will be assessed.
Third stage - an interview including a presentation submitted by the job candidate, during which the candidate's knowledge and competencies will be assessed in accordance with the requirements set for the position. Candidates will be invited to the interview only if they achieve a certain number of points based on the task results.
Fourth stage - an extended competency interview.
The candidate evaluation commission will not evaluate applications that do not have the documents specified in the announcement attached.
We will contact those candidates who are selected for the second stage of the personnel selection.
