You will become part of the Development section, where we work close to production, the laboratory, the market, and other specialist functions. Your Next Challenge You work closely with production and contribute to daily improvement work, with a focus on stability, quality, and efficiency in existing processes. You drive and implement initiatives from analysis to follow-up, with the opportunity to turn needs into practical measures that make a difference here and now. You become an important link between development, laboratory operations, production, and the market. The role is varied and gives you the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally, where you see the results of your work implemented in practice. In the role, you will, among other things: Lead development projects within product care as well as product and process development. Plan, conduct, and evaluate trial runs and production experiments together with our production departments. Take responsibility for conducting experiments and trial runs in production. Participate in laboratory experiments and turn results into improvements in the operation. When needed, contribute to investigations of customer matters and complaints as well as participate in market-related development activities. Ensure that projects are completed according to set goals, schedules, and quality requirements. To Succeed in the Role We are looking for someone who enjoys driving development together with others and who is motivated by combining technology, project management, and problem-solving. You are used to creating structure in complex projects and have an easy time collaborating with different functions. We see that you have: A degree as a civil or technical engineer. Experience independently leading projects from planning to implementation and follow-up. Good ability to plan, prioritize, and document your work. A driver's license (category B). It is advantageous if you have education in pulp and paper technology or chemistry, as well as experience from the pulp and paper industry or another process industry. Experience in product development, process development, or production-related development work is also an advantage. As a person, you are collaboration-oriented and enjoy working cross-functionally. You like to take initiative, drive development forward, and have a structured work approach where quality and documentation are a natural part of your work.
