The work as a strategic procurement manager within systems consists of being responsible for selected suppliers within a product area. In the role you conduct supplier evaluations, request for quotations, evaluate and negotiate terms, and ensure that we identify opportunities and manage risks within your area. You work on building relationships and development with our important suppliers as well as ongoing follow-up and target management. You lead cross-functional teams in projects/contract phases with our suppliers and are responsible for ensuring that we have contracts in place. Who you are We work in category teams that are composed of different roles and specialists. We are looking for you whose strength is communication, creating good relationships and building long-term networks. You are goal-oriented and take initiative and in a structured and thorough way you lead yourself and others. Your planning ability is important, you are analytical and driven by creating good business deals. Being able to take a step back and work with both a long-term horizon and handle daily management to achieve results are important abilities in the role. You have an academic education such as a civil engineer, economist or other relevant post-secondary education. Because we have an international character in our customers and suppliers, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We would like you to have experience from a commercial role and have experience in procurement, sales and/or project management as well as an interest in technology.
