Do you want to help shape the future of an energy company? As a Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in Kungälv Energi's long-term development. You will drive the company's strategy process, identify new business opportunities, and lead cross-functional development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, participation in the management team, and impact across the entire organization. Your main responsibilities will be Drive and develop Kungälv Energi's strategy, business planning, and development work, and ensure that strategic goals are translated into concrete initiatives and results. Identify, analyze, and realize new business opportunities based on market conditions, customer needs, technological developments, and external changes. Lead and develop the company's portfolio of business and operational development initiatives, and ensure progress and follow-up of strategic initiatives. Serve as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the CEO and management on matters concerning the company's development, priorities, and long-term direction. Your qualifications Relevant academic degree in areas such as economics, engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent. Driver's license (Category B). Very strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. Previous experience and competence Several years of experience in business development, strategy development, or operational development. Experience leading strategic initiatives, change management, or major development projects. Experience working closely with management and decision-makers, and translating strategic goals into concrete activities and results. Strong competence in business analysis, operational development, and change management. Experience in project or program management. Understanding of how IT, digitalization, data, and new technology can be used to create business value and develop operations. It is advantageous if you have experience with: The energy sector, energy market, or related critical infrastructure. Portfolio governance and control models. Business-oriented digitalization. Establishing and developing approaches for business and operational development. Consulting roles in strategy or operational development.
