For many years, PTS has played a central role in promoting a more digitally inclusive society and has recently received an increasingly broad mandate in this area. The Digital Inclusion Unit has solid expertise in this field and works to enable more people to be able and willing to use digital services and products, with particular focus on people with disabilities and accessibility. The unit contributes through analyses and knowledge materials, government assignments, collaboration, and participation in national and international standardization work in digital technology and user-centered design. About the role In this role, you'll work strategically and long-term to develop and strengthen the agency's work in digital inclusion. You'll identify needs, opportunities, and strategic choices and work together with experts and other parts of the organization to translate goals and strategies into concrete activities, from analysis and idea to implementation and follow-up. An important part of the role is developing target-group-adapted initiatives and driving external collaboration with strategic partners. You'll lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and larger conferences where different perspectives, competencies, and interests need to meet and be translated into shared direction. The role also involves navigating complex accessibility and usability issues, creating structure and momentum even when the assignment is not fully defined, and building trust while bringing others along in change and development. About the team You'll be part of a unit where work is characterized by great commitment, complex issues, and wide scope, where few tasks are routine-based. The work happens in close collaboration with other parts of the organization, creating a dynamic environment with many contact points. About you To succeed in this role, you need to be good at creating trusting collaborations where different perspectives and competencies can contribute to a shared result. You're stable and maintain calm and clarity even in pressured situations and when circumstances change. Furthermore, you're persuasive by being attentive, wise, and constructive and gain recognition for your perspectives with focus on the common goal. You're also relationship-building and good at networking, adapting your communication to situation and audience, and creating momentum even without formal mandate. For us, your personal qualities are important, so we'll place great emphasis on these. We're looking for you who have: Relevant higher education, for example in social sciences, economics, law, technology, communication, design, or other education that the agency deems relevant for the role. Several years of experience with strategic development work and translating complex issues into clear goals, priorities, and concrete initiatives. Several years of experience independently driving work from idea and analysis to implementation and results. Several years of experience leading or driving work in complex contexts with multiple different stakeholders and perspectives. Experience leading and facilitating meetings, workshops, and conferences. Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. It's also a merit if you have: Experience working with cross-sectoral issues or balancing different stakeholder groups from different sectors such as business, public sector, and civil society.
