All to make daily life better for our residents and employees! The position is located in the central administration and operations development unit. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as Strategy Advisor for Digitalization and Information Security, you'll have overall responsibility for coordinating and developing the entire organization's work in digitalization and information security. You create structure, make prioritizations, and play a central role in the municipality's future development. The role serves as the hub between municipal leadership, operations, and IT, and creates conditions for needs and technical solutions to align. You'll drive strategic issues, develop governance and working methods, and support operations in digital business development. At the same time, you're responsible for strengthening the municipality's ability to protect information. The role is both strategic and operational. Your main areas of responsibility: • Initiate, drive, coordinate, and follow up on the municipality's digitalization and information security work. • Provide support and advice to management and operations within digitalization and information security. • Drive and participate in various projects in the field. • Handle matters and develop and follow up on governing documents. • Plan and conduct internal training that strengthens organizational competence. • Ensure a functioning information security management system. • Ensure compliance with laws and standards. • Serve as the municipality's information security manager, CISO. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with relevant education or experience in strategic work with digitalization or information security. You need to have a good understanding of how digitalization can support business development, with the municipality's residents in focus. You have good communication skills in speech and writing, are communicative and pedagogical. You enjoy working in a structured way, are curious, and are comfortable having an advisory role while also working operationally. It's also an advantage if you have: • Knowledge of information security, risk management, and relevant legal requirements. • Previous experience working in municipal operations and business development through digitalization. • Experience building and maintaining management systems. • Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27000. • Experience working with NIS2 and cybersecurity, continuity planning, and driving projects.
