About the Position We are looking for someone who stands with us for teaching where everything is possible. Where mathematics is challenging, fun, and developmental. The position is planned to be filled full-time as a permanent employment. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be used for internal reassignments. Who Are You? We are looking for you who are a certified mathematics teacher for grades 6-9 and who have great commitment, find it easy to create and maintain relationships with students, staff, and guardians. Ideally, you have experience teaching in elementary school, and it is a merit if you also have certification in science subjects. We would like to see that you have experience working cross-disciplinarily to increase students' sense of coherence. You should be well acquainted with the school's governing documents and be able to apply them in practice. Furthermore, it is important that you are organized, driven, and self-regulating. You should have experience with and a willingness to meet students' differences. In your teaching, you should awaken students' curiosity to explore and experiment with different materials and dare to tackle challenges in a creative way. It is important that you have the ability to find different strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in their knowledge and personal development. As a person, you are receptive and unpretentious. By being interested and understanding of others, you work towards a respectful working climate. You have good interpersonal skills and are open with a positive attitude in your interactions with students and colleagues. You have the ability to build good relationships and contribute to seeing possibilities and solutions in our work to develop a school that meets students in the best way.
