As a Move-Out & Deep Cleaner, you will help customers during relocations and perform professional deep cleaning services. You'll work alongside supportive colleagues in an international team committed to delivering outstanding service. What do we offer? A 75% position Collective agreement and secure employment conditions Fixed monthly salary – the same salary every month Mileage compensation between customers if you use your own car for work Paid travel time between customers Insurance (health, liability and occupational pension) Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year Free mobile phone subscription Free training in move-out and deep cleaning, as well as ongoing development in cleaning and customer service Field Lead/Buddy – a dedicated contact person providing guidance and support in the field Team meetings and social events At Hemfrid, you'll receive the support, training and tools you need to succeed. We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working as part of a team Is responsible, detail-oriented and committed Wants to learn and develop Speaks Swedish or English Is available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Holds a Category B driving licence and own car Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in move-out cleaning, deep cleaning or similar service roles Experience in home cleaning or professional cleaning Apply today!
