We are now seeking two engaged employees for our daily activities according to the LSS (Act on Support and Service to Persons with Functional Impairments). The positions are placed in two different operations with different focuses, but with the same important mission: to strengthen the individual's participation, independence, and opportunities to develop based on their own conditions. WORK TASKS Daily activities should create opportunities for people to develop, feel community, and participate in work-life activities. As a support pedagogue or support assistant, you work together with users to create structure, motivation, and conditions for a meaningful day. You are part of a work team where cooperation, engagement, and professional approach are important aspects. Our different focuses are: Group Activities Here you meet users with extensive support needs. Your work is about creating security, participation, and development through individually adapted support. Work tasks may include: • supporting users in activities and work tasks • providing support with personal care and hygiene • using clarifying pedagogy and alternative communication methods • creating structure and predictability in daily life • contributing to each user's opportunity to develop based on their own conditions Business Operations Here users perform various assignments for external companies and organizations. The operation offers meaningful activities with elements of service and production tasks, where users participate based on their individual conditions. Work tasks may consist of, for example: • collecting, washing, and delivering towels to local facilities • sorting and quality-checking products for sale • supporting users in planning, implementing, and concluding work tasks • developing work methods that strengthen independence, responsibility, and participation. As a Support Pedagogue As a support pedagogue with us, you get an important and central role where you both support and guide your colleagues in pedagogical approaches and methods. You actively work to develop and implement individually adapted solutions for each user, while supporting them in living a meaningful and independent life. The support pedagogue role is not just about administrative tasks—you will also be involved in user-focused work. You will, among other things: • be a pedagogical role model and drive development and quality work in the operation • guide and support colleagues in social documentation and implementation plans • develop and implement clarifying pedagogy and digital solutions • collaborate with colleagues, unit managers, and other actors • participate in daily care work, including care services and delegated health and medical tasks. Work may occur outside the workplace where you are placed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • have a genuine interest in working with people • are confident, responsive, and relationship-building • see opportunities and solutions rather than obstacles • can work both independently and together with others • have the ability to adapt your support based on the individual's needs For the position of support assistant, you have education in care, health care, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. For the position of support pedagogue, you have support pedagogue education or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. A valid driving license (category B) and good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing are required. Experience with LSS work, clarifying pedagogy, alternative communication, or low-arousal approaches is desirable. As a support pedagogue, we are also looking for you to have good computer skills, experience with social documentation, and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. In the support pedagogue role, you need to have good self-awareness and be confident in yourself. You are responsive, responsible, and collaborative with everyone you meet. You also have the ability to inspire and bring people together in a group. With a flexible and open attitude, you see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are driven by development and quality, and your goal is to promote good living conditions for care recipients by strengthening their participation and independence.
