JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a support pedagogue, you work in the activity program but also have an expanded assignment and responsibility in pedagogical work. You will collaborate with other support pedagogues employed at the Daily Activity program and within the department. The support pedagogue uses, develops, and individually adapts pedagogical methods in daily work with the aim of supporting participants' involvement and independence. Observation and assessment of needs, documentation, and follow-up of individual goals form the basis of the work. The support pedagogue also has responsibility for driving pedagogical development in the program together with colleagues, coordinators, and management. Job responsibilities may also include the following areas: • Method development • Environmental monitoring • Design and revise procedures • Quality assurance, follow-up and analysis of activities • Student supervision • Develop work around our "cooking team" The work situation requires that you are comfortable working independently. QUALIFICATIONS The program requires high flexibility and places high demands on the ability to work both independently and in a group. We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and creative. You can plan and execute as well as independently make decisions in accordance with your authority. You hold a class B driver's license and are proficient with manual transmission. You must have post-secondary specialization in the disability field/social work comprising at least 200 vocational college credits, 60 higher education credits, or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent. It is meriting if you have experience working in a Daily Activity program. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: 2027-01-07, End date: 2027-10-31.
