JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support people with disabilities who have a decision for daily activities according to LSS.
• Work to create stimulation, development, meaning, and community for participants.
• Provide individually adapted support and guidance based on each person's needs and circumstances.
• Work both independently and together with colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Engaged, curious, and solution-oriented.
• Strong customer focus and good pedagogical competence.
• Experience with and knowledge of:
Clarifying pedagogy.
Low-arousal interaction.
• Experience with documentation in the Lifecare management system and work according to IBIC is advantageous or required depending on other details in the job posting.
Salary form: Monthly salary.

Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-09-01 According to agreement.
