Responsibilities As a support educator in Uddevalla municipality, you will play an important role in supporting and promoting the development of our service users. Your work will be varied and includes: Care, ADL, and performing tasks assigned by licensed personnel. Have overall responsibility for documentation and implementation plans in the operations. Provide individually tailored support to people living in group homes with special needs, to ensure good living conditions. Develop and implement pedagogical methods and strategies to create a stimulating and inclusive environment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good living conditions. Be a safe and stable presence, where your personal maturity and ability to build relationships are crucial.
