JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The position is placed at our residential care facility, which is a service under LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities). As a Support Pedagogue, you will work together with the rest of the team to develop approaches and methods to provide users with participation, influence, and greater self-determination based on each individual user's needs. Therefore, your personal commitment and ability to work in a user-centered manner are central to us. You will provide support to your colleagues in the development of implementation plans and social documentation. You are a knowledge resource and role model in pedagogical work and interactions. The position involves both work in the facility and an administrative component. Familiarity with the target group and the ability to maintain a respectful approach to individual integrity are of great importance. QUALIFICATIONS • You have a degree from a vocational education program as a Support Pedagogue. • You have knowledge of both physical and mental disabilities. We appreciate if you have knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and cognitive support. • As a Support Pedagogue, you have the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in your professional practice. You have a talent for motivating and inspiring others to reach jointly established goals. • The position requires flexibility and collaboration skills. • You must have good IT skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. • We place great emphasis on personal suitability and practical knowledge within the profession. • Class B driver's license is required. Before employment, you must provide an extract from the criminal record register and documentation proving you are eligible to work on the Swedish labor market. For example, a certificate of Swedish/EU/EEA citizenship (such as a passport), a certificate of residence permit, or a work permit certificate to work in Sweden. Salary form: Monthly salary.
