The residence is located near green areas and rural surroundings with proximity to an ICA store, pizzeria, and train station. To central Helsingborg it takes you half an hour by train, or 15 minutes by car.

Job Responsibilities
Work as a support pedagogue involves close collaboration with individuals and often includes developing, evaluating, and following up support measures as well as coaching colleagues. You seek, gather, and disseminate knowledge about pedagogical methods and approaches that promote the individual's ability to independence and participation, based on science and proven experience.
As a support pedagogue, you are a central role in pedagogical work and you work to ensure that measures outlined in implementation plans are planned, carried out, evaluated, and developed as needed.
The work also involves having an overview and providing support to contact supervisors by ensuring that developed, decided, and appropriate procedures are written down, followed, and updated. You participate in a network with other support pedagogues to exchange knowledge and experiences.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education comprising at least a degree from a vocational university with 200 YH credits, or having completed 60 higher education credits where the education or courses had a clear focus on disability services or psychiatric or sociopsychiatric areas.
You have several years of experience working as a support pedagogue in LSS activities. To succeed in this role, you have good knowledge of the intentions of LSS legislation and experience with development and improvement work. You are well familiar with working with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) and have good documentation habits and experience working in digital operational systems.
It is meritorious if you have experience with the Lifecare operational system. We would also like to see experience working with people with NPF diagnoses as well as knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and low-affect interaction. A B driver's license is an advantage.
