RESPONSIBILITIES As a support pedagogue, you combine direct support for residents with an educational and developmental role in the activities. You will, among other things: · provide individually tailored support to people living in the group home and be an active part of daily work with the residents · work to strengthen residents' self-determination, participation, and quality of life · serve as a methodological resource for the work team on pedagogical matters · mentor and support colleagues in daily work · contribute to developing work methods, routines, and quality · ensure implementation plans are of high quality and actively used in operations · work with documentation, follow-up, and quality assurance · collaborate with family members, appointed representatives, daily activities, healthcare, and other stakeholders · collaborate with and support other support pedagogues within LSS to develop shared work methods, share knowledge, and contribute to consistent quality across activities You will be a key person in launching the operation and have the opportunity to influence both content and work methods. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone who: · has post-secondary education as a support pedagogue or other education deemed equivalent by the employer · has experience working in LSS activities or other services for people with disabilities · has good knowledge of visual pedagogical methods and low-arousal approaches · has strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish · has good digital competence · is reliable, responsible, and organized · has the ability to inspire, mentor, and create engagement in others Meritorious: · experience mentoring work teams · experience with quality and development work · experience working with documentation according to LSS standards · knowledge of the Combine management system Category B driving license required.
