JOB RESPONSIBILITIES At Sinnehuset's daily activities program, we have about 20 participants and 9 staff members. The program primarily serves participants at early developmental levels. The activities offer a range of programs such as music, various forms of sensory stimulation, crafts, and more, both in group and individual settings for those who need it. Your closest colleagues will be support pedagogues and support assistants. You will also be part of a team with other pedagogues within the daily activities program. The support pedagogue role includes special tasks such as further developing quality within the units and providing pedagogical support to support assistants in daily work. In your role, you contribute with in-depth pedagogical knowledge in the disability field and support development work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • is trained as a support pedagogue, occupational therapist, social worker, social/special pedagogue, or has other university education that the employer considers equivalent • has education and experience working with people in category 1 • has extensive experience expressing yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing • has a B-class driver's license We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are looking for someone with good pedagogical insight who can adapt activities and working methods based on the participants' different circumstances and needs. You take initiative easily and readily come forward with new ideas and creative solutions that can be implemented in the program.
