About the Position
We are seeking a support pedagogue for Daily Activities LSS. The Daily Activities program in Tidaholm consists of four different operations. The position is based at DV Solgläntan, but since the unit actively collaborates across all activities, you will work within all four operations. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues in daily activities and with other internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
Contribute pedagogical expertise and develop work methods that promote participation, independence, and good quality of life.
Be an active part of the operation's quality and development work.
Create meaningful activities and individually tailored programs for people within LSS.
Provide support, care, and assistance based on participants' needs.
Carry out delegated health and care services when needed.
Collaborate with participants, family members, colleagues, and other professionals.
This is a permanent full-time position with start date 261101 or by agreement. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with appropriate post-secondary education in support pedagogy, equivalent to at least 200 YH credits, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
You must express yourself well in Swedish orally and in writing, have good IT skills, and hold a Class B driver's license, as the position includes driving a minibus.
Meritorious qualifications include experience working in LSS activities, knowledge of autism spectrum, and experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), for example communication boards.
