We are committed to strengthening our pedagogical expertise and further developing quality in our LSS work. Therefore, we are now seeking an engaged and knowledgeable support pedagogue who wants to work to create the best conditions for our service users.
As a support pedagogue in our day program, you will be part of a team together with three support assistants, where you together contribute to a safe and meaningful day. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.
As a support pedagogue with us, you will have an important and central role where you both support and guide your colleagues in pedagogical approaches and methods. You will actively work to develop and implement individually tailored solutions for each service user, while supporting them in living a meaningful and independent life. The support pedagogue role is not just about administrative tasks—you will also be involved in direct work with service users.
The work includes, among other things:
• serving as a pedagogical role model and driving development and quality work in the operations.
• guiding and supporting staff in social documentation and implementation plans.
• developing and implementing clear pedagogy and digital solutions.
• collaborating with colleagues, unit managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• participating in daily care work, including care services and delegated health and medical care tasks.
Work may occur outside the workplace where you are based.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you with:
• education as a support pedagogue (200 VET credits).
• experience working in LSS operations.
• good computer skills and experience with social documentation.
• good ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish.
• B driver's license.
In your role as a support pedagogue, you need to have good self-awareness and be secure in yourself. You are attentive, responsible, and find it easy to collaborate with everyone you meet. You also have the ability to inspire and bring people together in a group. With a flexible and open mindset, you see opportunities rather than obstacles. You are driven by development and quality, and your goal is to promote good living conditions for service users by strengthening their participation and independence.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and your commitment to working with this target group. It is also a merit to have experience mentoring individuals or groups.
