Residential support is granted as a time-limited individual needs-assessed assistance. The purpose is to provide the individual with support and structure to manage tasks that are part of daily living. Support can be provided as motivation and activation support, pedagogical support, psychosocial support, and reassurance-building interventions. The intervention is designed individually and aims to strengthen the individual's ability to manage their daily life both inside and outside the home. The intervention should be seen as support in enabling an independent life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to combine close work with service users with a development-oriented and quality-focused task? We are looking for an engaged support pedagogue who wants to contribute to strengthening both the individual's development and the quality of the service.
In the role of support pedagogue, you have an in-depth pedagogical responsibility and are an important resource in daily work as well as in the development of the service.
As a support pedagogue, you work both operationally and with comprehensive quality work. You motivate, support, and guide service users through various daily activities based on their individual needs, resources, and goals, with a focus on creating a meaningful and developmental life.
The work is conducted both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. You contribute to structure, clarity, and a pedagogical approach in the service. If needed, work may occur in other units through cooperation or joint planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary education, for example vocational training (at least 200 vocational credits) in a relevant area such as support pedagogy or psychiatry, or alternatively higher education (at least 60 credits) in a relevant area
• Driving license category B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to work with and be responsible for documentation
It is meritorious if you have education or experience in:
• Low-arousal approaches
• Structured pedagogy
• MI (Motivational Interviewing) or other conversation methods
• Salutogenic approach
• Service design
Or if you have worked with:
• Autism
• Psychiatry
• Intellectual disability
• Comorbidity
• ADHD/neuropsychiatric conditions
Who are you?
You are a secure and stable person with a pedagogical approach and a genuine interest in developing both people and working methods. You have good analytical ability and can see what needs to be developed, while at the same time implementing ideas in practice.

With your communicative ability, you are clear, receptive, and build trust with both colleagues and service users. You are flexible and can adapt your working methods to changing needs.
