JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our services based on genuine user focus. As a support pedagogue in the work team, you will be part of day-to-day operations and provide residents with support in their daily lives. Together with your colleagues, you will work to increase individuals' participation, influence, and self-determination in their lives. You will serve as a mentor for your colleagues and, together with the unit manager and support pedagogue with overall responsibility, you will develop, plan, and evaluate the pedagogical work. You are expected to develop and disseminate pedagogical methods and ethical competence in the organization. In day-to-day work, you always start from the individual's decision from the case manager and the implementation plan. This includes tasks where you provide support in daily living such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping, as well as accompanying residents to doctor's appointments and other daily activities. You work continuously with motivation and employ a conscious and pedagogical approach based on respect for each individual's self-determination and integrity. The work includes performing delegated tasks from nursing staff, such as care and medication administration. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: - post-secondary education as a support pedagogue - experience with structured work using pedagogical methods - experience working with individuals with autism diagnosis/intellectual disabilities - experience documenting, creating, and following up implementation plans - actively works with low-affect practices and/or has training in this area, for example Studio 3 - good computer skills - strong command of Swedish language, both spoken and written It is an advantage if you have knowledge of MI, psychiatry, clarifying pedagogy, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). As a person, you have a calm and reassuring demeanor. You have a pedagogical approach and are attentive, respectful, and curious. You have a methodical and flexible work style and a good ability to adapt to changing needs in the organization. You are responsible and motivated by development and collaboration with your colleagues. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent position.
