Then this might be the position for you. Job Responsibilities As a support educator in daily activities, you will guide and support service users in their everyday lives. You work using a pedagogical and structured approach with a low-affect interaction style. The goal is to develop and/or maintain the service user's abilities based on individual needs. The work includes: planning, implementing, and following up on individually adapted activities working systematically with pedagogical methods, such as low-affect interaction and clarifying pedagogy responsibility for establishing, following up on, and developing implementation plans and documenting according to applicable guidelines contributing to the organization's quality and development work Qualifications post-secondary education as a support educator or other education that the employer considers equivalent It is advantageous if you have: education or experience with pedagogical approaches aimed at adults with autism spectrum disorder knowledge of psychiatry advanced knowledge of low-affect interaction and/or clarifying pedagogy Requirements: experience working within LSS and knowledge of the target group experience with documentation knowledge of and/or experience working with adults with autism spectrum disorder Personal Qualities We place great importance on personal suitability. You are attentive and have good social skills, with a focus on the individual's needs and wishes. Furthermore, you are: team-oriented structured and flexible self-driven and take initiative You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
