JOB DUTIES We are now looking for a new team member to work with us at Trollbacken Group Home, a residential facility under the LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We are a team with high ambitions that works together for the best interests of our residents. At Trollbacken, we have a group leader who supports the daily work and maintains close collaboration with the unit manager and other staff members. We work day shift, evening shift, and on-call shifts (20 hours). In Gnosjö municipality, we work with annual working hours, which means that full-time is 37 hours/week. As a support assistant/support educator with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in residents' daily lives by providing support, creating security, and contributing to improved quality of life. The work suits you if you are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working closely with other people. The work includes, among other things: Provide support and guidance in daily living. Support users with personal care and hygiene according to individual needs. Assist with meals, shopping, cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks. Motivate and support users in social activities, leisure activities, and participation in society. You will work to create security, structure, and predictability in daily life. Handle documentation according to applicable legislation and facility procedures. Collaborate with colleagues, family members, healthcare services, and other partners. Perform delegated healthcare tasks after training and delegation. Contribute to professional conduct and good cooperation within the work team. QUALIFICATIONS Educational Requirements: Care and Health Program Children and Leisure Program Support Educator or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. Class B driver's license is required Swedish language skills, spoken and written Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration/Start date: Start date by agreement. Working hours: Shift work.
