JOB RESPONSIBILITIES With us, no two days are alike. Together with residents, you provide support based on individual needs, both at home and in the community, grounded in the intentions of LSS legislation. Your task is to create conditions for as independent, meaningful, and participatory a life as possible through guidance, support, and respectful treatment. In this role, you will be an important person in the individual's daily life. You help create structure, carry out activities, and provide support in various situations that arise throughout the day. Our residents have different routines, wishes, and needs, which means the work is varied and requires you to plan, prioritize, and adapt your support based on each individual. As a support person/contact staff member, you have special responsibility for one or more residents. This means that together with the individual, you plan leisure activities, help with shopping, and coordinate contact with family members and other important collaborators, such as healthcare, dental care, and rehabilitation services. The work also includes social documentation in the Life Care journal system. Documentation is an extremely important part of the task and helps ensure quality, participation, and continuity in support. Sleeping on-call shifts may occur in the work. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Diploma from a care and support program, children and leisure program, or support assistant education • Category B driving license Meritorious: • Knowledge and experience of working with clarifying pedagogy and low-affective communication As a person, you are positive, engaged, and have good interpersonal skills.
