Description The Care Administration is seeking 2 temporary support assistants for the group home Ouchterlonygatan in central Värnamo. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts, including on-call duty. Interviews will be conducted continuously throughout the recruitment process. We welcome your application! Job Responsibilities To provide support and services according to the individual needs and wishes of the service user, in accordance with implementation plans. You will perform everyday, planned support services and activities together with the service user. Support services should promote the service user's integrity, participation, and be conducted with respect for the service user's self-determination. The service user's needs should be at the center, and the person's views should be actively utilized. The service user should receive support and the right to make decisions about their life and develop their ability to live as independently as possible. The work is based on a pedagogical and motivating approach in close collaboration with the service user's network and other staff. Work tasks also include rehabilitation, IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and care duties. Qualifications Care and welfare program, child and leisure program, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer, plus good IT skills. You are attentive, reflective, and have a low-affective approach. You have a pedagogical perspective and are clear in your communication. You can adapt your working methods to the individual and situation, and have a respectful approach with empathetic ability. You work well in collaboration with others but can also take independent responsibility and work autonomously. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Experience working with people who need support in various ways in daily life, and experience with clarifying pedagogy and low-affective approaches, are advantageous.
