We are now seeking temporary staff for the fall at our LSS residential facilities who can primarily work varied day, evening, and weekend shifts. Depending on the facility, there may also be night shifts, either with on-call overnight duty or awake nights. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Within our LSS operations, we work together with a salutogenic, respectful, and individually adapted approach in all situations. All support is adapted to the customers' individual circumstances and condition on the day. As a support assistant, you provide the support and help with daily needs that the customer has difficulty managing on their own. This can include, for example, personal hygiene, eating, dressing, moving around, and communicating. In the role of support assistant, you need to be responsible, flexible, and solution-focused. You also need to have the ability to adapt your approach and demeanor based on each customer's needs and condition on the day. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. QUALIFICATIONS To be suitable for this work, you need to have some form of care education or at least one year of work experience within care, preferably at a group or service home or as a personal assistant. You easily adapt to changing circumstances. You see opportunities in changes and can quickly change your perspective and approach based on what the situation requires. You take initiative, enjoy starting activities, and achieve results. You have empathetic ability and can put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation without taking over their emotions.
