Your Assignment
Solsidevägen Group Home is a residence according to LSS located in central Saltsjöbaden. Six clients with varying and extensive functional disabilities live here, which means the work is sometimes both physically and mentally demanding. There is parking available if you have a driver's license and your own car.
You will provide support based on clients' individual needs and work with personal care, medication management, social activities, digital documentation, and contact with relatives and authorities. Many of our clients have a great need for structure and predictability, and it requires that you have a pedagogical and consistent work style. You need to be able to meet challenging behaviors in a safe and professional manner and be prepared to handle complex and intensive situations as part of daily work.

Your Experience
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
Completed education as a nursing assistant or other education that the employer deems equivalent
Experience working with people with autism and cognitive disabilities
Documented experience handling challenging and aggressive behaviors
Experience with personal care and medication management
Computer and documentation skills, including implementation plans
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Merits include education and/or experience in IBIC, AKK, and clarifying pedagogy.
