Leva LSS Mälartorget is seeking an engaged support assistant for both day and night shifts on an hourly basis at our fine residence in Köping. Here live five individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (user group 1 according to LSS) 9§9. With us, you become part of a well-functioning operation with a clear value base. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-affect interaction, and the PERMA model as our foundation – and offer internal training in these methods. Our vision is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while a health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are a natural part of everyday life. As part of our innovation initiative, we have implemented digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling, as support for both users and staff in daily life. We are looking for someone who is engaged and has their heart in care work. Experience with similar work is welcome, but we place great emphasis on personality in our recruitment.
