Here you will, by providing support and services in daily life, contribute to ensuring that residents in our LSS accommodations have the opportunity to live like everyone else. We work with clarifying pedagogy and low-affective communication.
We are seeking temporary hourly staff for our LSS accommodations on Kungsholmen who want to help and support residents in their everyday lives in a structured way.
Working hours are scheduled and arranged for day, evening, weekend shifts, and possibly nights.

Your role
You participate, are present, and support the residents in all household tasks. Also in indoor and outdoor activities such as walks and various leisure activities. Your approach is based on the residents' skills and development.
The role includes:
Performing service tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Providing support with personal care, such as hygiene and assistance with dressing and undressing.
Performing work tasks related to self-care and based on delegation such as medical, rehabilitation, and habilitation services.
Documenting in the organization's documentation system.
Collaborating with the resident's network.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
Secondary education in a care and nursing program.
Or other education deemed equivalent by the employer (for example, ongoing education in social work or health care).
Since the work involves extensive oral and written reporting as well as documentation, we require Swedish language skills and computer proficiency at the level required for the position.
It is also advantageous if you have:
Experience working within LSS
Experience working in elderly care
Experience working in social psychiatry
Experience working with clarifying pedagogy (e.g., AAC).
Experience writing social documentation.
