Hummelmora is a daily activity service according to LSS where participants are offered activities, occupations and experiences based on their needs, interests and abilities. We primarily work with people with autism or intellectual disabilities and use clarifying pedagogy and a low-affect approach.

WORK TASKS
As a support assistant, you are an important part of the participants' daily life. The work is both rewarding and varied with many opportunities to develop and learn new things. No two days are the same, and you will help create a safe, developing and meaningful daily life for people while growing in your own professional role. Together we work so that each participant has the opportunity to develop, feel included and feel well.
Your work tasks will include:
• creating structure and security in the participants' daily activities so that they feel seen, safe and included.
• supporting the development of skills and independence
• planning and implementing activities that promote participation and well-being
• collaborating with colleagues, next of kin and other professionals
• documenting according to IBIC and contributing to planning and follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has:
• education as a nursing assistant or relevant education in children and leisure or equivalent
• experience working within LSS or similar activities
• experience with the target group
• a B driver's license and are comfortable driving on the job.
It is a merit if you have:
• experience with MI-motivational interviewing
• experience working with people with autism
• experience with documentation according to IBIC
