JOB DUTIES As an employee in our daily activities, you are an important part of the work with our participants, where together we create conditions for meaningful and developmental activities and an enjoyable social environment. You work in a supportive, training, and motivating manner to guide participants toward their individual goals. The work requires that you have the ability to motivate, enthuse, and find creative solutions based on each individual's needs. You provide practical support in various tasks within the organization's areas and in some cases also support with personal care, such as personal hygiene and dressing. The goal is to create good conditions for participation, development, and increased independence through individual guidance and support, always with a professional approach and respectful treatment. The role also includes being a contact person/support person, which involves responsibility for implementation plans, monitoring of goals, and contact with family members in collaboration with a support educator. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: • Degree from a care and support program, children and leisure program, or support assistant training • Documented experience of working within LSS where it is evident that you have worked based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affect communication. • B-class driver's license • Good computer skills Meritorious • Degree as mentioned above with a focus on disability • Training in sign language, MI, and/or TAKK You are confident working independently while also collaborating easily with colleagues, participants, family members, and external partners. We are looking for someone who is flexible, solution-focused, and able to adapt your work style based on the participants' individual needs and circumstances. You have a coaching approach, are good at encouraging others, and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same. When circumstances change, you easily prioritize and find constructive solutions. You have good empathetic ability and can understand other people's situations while working in a structured and quality-conscious manner.
